    Supposed to have fixed awning slide mechanism in November 16.
    Now in Alice Springs we had to use my fist to get it up and a mallet to get it down and the slide mechanism is cracked on both sides. This indicates the slide mechanism is either the wrong one or badly fitted.
    Considering we paid in excess of $2000 the above is not good enough.
